Power Spot | Front Door

Power Spot | Front Door

I once listened to a talk given by Feng Shui expert Amanda Gibby Peters where she talked about the 3 power spots in one's home: the front door, the kitchen, and the bedroom.

The front door might not be where you spend a great deal of time per se, but it is the literal and figurative message you are sending to the world. What 'energy' is your front door giving? Is it welcoming? Is it hidden from the street? Is it well taken care of?

Give your front door a little bit of special attention this week. Sweeping off the fall leaves and changing the burnt out light bulb might make more of a difference than you'd imagine.

I'm pretty sure the tree in front of the front door is bad feng shui, but this carriage house is still hard to resist.

A door I would love to walk through everyday.

Plants are always good feng shui.
